A full refund can only be guaranteed if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to skiing. If adverse weather prevents flying, your money will be fully refunded. If some heli skiing has been possible but less than the runs booked, you will be refunded at NZ$100 per run not skied 'or' downgraded to the next lowest package, whichever is the least cost to Alpine Heliski Ltd. Refunds are not given due to injury, lack of ability or fitness. Alpine Heliski and Heli Glenorchy reserve the right to cancel the days heli ski operations for any reason.
What to bring
Dress as you would for a cold day in the snow (windproof and snow proof jacket and pants, warm gloves, sunglasses or goggles and sunscreen). You don't need to ski/ride with a backpack. Casual shoes should be worn until it's time to boot up. Specialty powder skis and snowboards also make your heli day that much more enjoyable. If you don't have your own equipment, hiring is a popular option and easily coordinated through Sno Pro.
